As well as property maintenance Calypso Management Consultants also offers repairs. Instead of having to go through the tedious process of recruiting a reliable handyman, we will respond to any kind of property damage or equipment malfunction and repair it.

All property repairs will be completed under supervision along with a detailed damage report and repair quote.
Calypso’s property maintenance services extend to skillfully executed restoration projects. Beginning with the composition of a request-based technical study, these conservation or renovation projects will be implemented under strict supervision to ensure attention to detail.

To make sure this building service is carried out in exact concurrence with members’ wishes a project report will be presented on a regular basis.


To certify effective property management service, Calypso Management Consultants break the process down into three key stages. The first of these is a thorough overall home inspection carried out by a building inspector.

This initial phase of home maintenance includes recording a detailed property inspection report of all facilities and equipment and detecting any specific intervention requirements. By carefully assessing a property before we start work, Calypso delivers the desired result.
The next step of the process is a bespoke maintenance program customized specifically for each individual property. Planned on an annual basis this program will cover all vital aspects of property maintenance.

This includes specialized personnel visits for inspection, function testing and maintenance of all agreed facilities and equipment. Every angle will be covered as our technicians set to work.

To give our members peace of mind, monthly visits for home inspection will be scheduled, covering assurance against breaking and entering, damages and malfunctions.
To keep track of all the maintenance services your property has undergone or requires, Calypso Management Consultants will issue monthly property status reports to ensure an accurate view of your property’s status and requirements.


As part of our quality plumbing services, a specialized plumbing crew will be assigned for four inspection and maintenance visits. One of these appointments will be on an extended visit to ensure member satisfaction.

Facilities & equipment included: Water pipes system, sewage system, boilers & burners, sanitary equipment, water meters, heating pipes system, heating facility, radiators.
In the same fashion as our plumbing services, four inspection and maintenance visits from a crew of electricians will be scheduled at your convenience.

One of these visits will also be an extended visit so that all your property maintenance requirements are surpassed.

Facilities & equipment included: Luminaires & lights, sockets, motors, electrical boards, grounding, lightning protection, weak currents (data-voice network, TV, antennas), alarm system, basic appliances.
What’s more all members’ air-conditioning requirements will be professionally handled. These ventilation solutions will be administered via two inspections and maintenance visits from our specialized HVAC crew of technicians.

This aspect of home maintenance will cover the service of all kinds of air-conditioning, ventilation facilities and equipment.
With Calypso, home inspection and basic maintenance visits will be carried out every month by assigned personnel.

These thorough property inspections will help members feel secure that damages, malfunctions and breaking and entering will not be an issue.

These regular checks will include basic plumbing and electrics checks, as well as windows, doors, awnings and more.
The final aspect of our planned maintenance program is two visits of certified terminator crews to protect our members against infestation from mice, insects and other vermin.

This pest control completes a concise and effective building maintenance service.


If our members have any specialized maintenance requests, Calypso Management Consultants have the personnel waiting to offer valuable support. Once a bespoke maintenance plan and quote has been arranged out team will set to work.

Within the property we are able to fix boilers, clean chimneys and anything else you may require. Outdoor equipment and facilities, such as pools and gardens, can also be serviced.
In addition, all kind of special maintenance requests (e.g. wooden openings annual refurbishment, fireplace & chimney cleaning etch), as well as outdoor equipment & facilities (pool, garden etch) maintenance can be undertaken, again after individually customized maintenance plan & extra quoted upon request.


At Calypso we categorize indoor residences into three categories:

- 150m²
- 150m²-300m²
- 300m² (*)

Members should note that category prices, available upon request, refer to the basic maintenance program only. For any kind of extra service, specialized program or a pricing policy shall be customized upon agreement with our members.
